📋 Return & Refund Policy

At KIKI BY ROMA, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help.

⏰ Return Window

We accept returns within 2 working days of receiving your parcel. Any return request made after 2 working days of delivery will not be accepted.

✅ Eligible Returns

You can return a product if:

  • You received a damaged or broken product
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is unused, unopened and in original packaging
  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products without original packaging
  • Returns requested after 2 working days of delivery
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sale

🔄 Exchange Policy

We offer free exchanges if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item
  • Same product is requested as replacement

💰 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product
  • Refunds are issued via bank transfer or original payment method
  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

Step 2 — Send us clear photos of the product showing the issue

Step 3 — We will confirm your return request within 24 hours

Step 4 — Ship the product back to our address (we will provide it)

Step 5 — Refund or exchange processed after inspection
