⚠️ Delivery Issues

Wrong Address:

Please make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout. KIKI BY ROMA is not responsible for orders delivered to wrong addresses provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery:

If courier is unable to deliver after 2–3 attempts, the order will be returned to us. Customer will be responsible for reshipping charges.
